The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for North Peninsula Recreation Center Multipurpose Court Repairs. The project consists of providing all labor and materials to repair existing court per contract documents. A pre-bid conference will be held at North Peninsula Recreation Center, 55176 Poolside Avenue, Kenai, Alaska on November 7, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. This project shall be funded in part through the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services grant #C0621-540-H, a federal pass-thru grant, the full and complete terms and provisions of which shall be incorporated by this reference in the RFP and in the covered transaction. The project consists of the following: Provide all labor, materials and equipment to open burn approximately 3,200 tons of slash and land clearing debris located at the CPL. Burning is expected to take place 24 hours per day, 7 days per week until all is burned and pile(s) is/are extinguished. A pre-bid conference will be held at Central Peninsula Landfill, Mile 98.5 Sterling Highway, Soldotna, Alaska, on October 25, 2022.
