CP002721-Administrative Services Building-HVAC System Conversion
The project consists of, but is not limited to, the replacement of the building roof and removal of the underperforming HVAC system from the roof, replacing it with a new mechanical room building, new energy efficient air handling system, and connection to the adjacent campus chilled water system. This project includes removal of the existing HVAC system, connection to the campus chilled water loop, construction of a new two-story mechanical room on the west side of the building, installation of new air handling equipment, cooling coils and associated components, replacement of the existing ASB roof system, relocation of the existing emergency generator. All the work associated with this will require a phased approach and the new system must be operational prior to the removal of the existing HVAC systems.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, the materials and labor to construct a wood frame building with metal siding and roofing. The building will be approximately 2240 square feet. The project will include site work and footings excavation. The building will have concrete foundations, a partial concrete floor, metal exterior doors and frames, and eight interior metal doors and frames.

CP002760-Lagomarcino Hall-Roof Replacement-Sections C, G, and H
This project will replace roof sections C, G, and H at Lagomarcino Hall. The project includes, but is not limited to, replacement with a new roof designed that has a minimum useful life expectancy of 30 years. Roof insulation will be increased to current energy codes, and the appropriate roof safety systems and equipment will be installed to current University standards. All masonry walls and features above this roofline that tie directly into this system will be repaired, tuck-pointed, or caulked to prevent water infiltration through these critical interfaces.
