This project includes, but is not limited to, architectural, electrical, and interior design work required to replace the existing raised floor system. The existing system furniture will be removed, prior to the new raised floor installation, and reinstalled at completion. New carpet tiles and floor base will also be installed.

This project includes, but is not limited to the demolition of the existing interior horse stalls, new LED lighting and electrical outlets, new finishes, including impervious surfaces, floor, walls, and ceiling in specified areas, mechanical upgrades to maintain a minimum required air changes, and biosafety Level 2 Lab requirement in a small portion of the lab.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, renovation of interior finishes and equipment in seating area and foodservice venues in the Union Drive Community Center. Upgrades include polishing of existing concrete flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, replacement of existing doors, new cooking and foodservice equipment, plumbing improvements, electrical power improvements, and installation of new lighting.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, constructing a pavilion style shelter at the Southeast Recreation Complex. The pavilion will consist of a metal roof, concrete slab, metal columns, power, and data.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, remodeling three primary corridor spaces. Improvements include removing and replacing old ceiling systems with new lay-in and decorative ceilings, new lighting, new paint finishes on walls and any exposed ceiling, and new floor base. The common student hub area will be updated to receive new carpet and a coffee bar. A new rated glass door will be installed to improve visibility and to better welcome students into the space.
