The project consists of, but is not limited to, constructing a pavilion style shelter at the Southeast Recreation Complex. The pavilion will consist of a metal roof, concrete slab, metal columns, power, and data.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, remodeling three primary corridor spaces. Improvements include removing and replacing old ceiling systems with new lay-in and decorative ceilings, new lighting, new paint finishes on walls and any exposed ceiling, and new floor base. The common student hub area will be updated to receive new carpet and a coffee bar. A new rated glass door will be installed to improve visibility and to better welcome students into the space.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of Air Handling Unit 3 in Room 0074A of Science Hall. This work includes minor demolition of a masonry wall for a new door opening, demolition of existing piping, and demolition of existing ductwork associated with the demolition of the existing Air Handling Unit 3. Work also includes installing a new door and frame, insulating an existing wall, and installing a new air handling unit, ductwork, controls and associated piping with the installation of the unit.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, the replacement of AHU 2, in Room 061, minor demolition of existing plaster bulkheads, repair and replacement of existing acoustical tile ceilings, in corridors C0101, C0155, C0255, and C0355 and electrical work associated with AHU 2 and ceilings in corridors C0101, C0155, C0255, and C0355.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, modifications to the interior and exterior accessible ramps at the lower level of Physics Hall to provide compliant access into and throughout the lower level. The project also includes replacement of various sections of guardrail, handrail, and doors along the accessible routes undergoing modifications.
