City of Findlay 2024 Annual Resurfacing Program-Contract A (Concrete) PROJECT DESCRIPTION This project consists of nearly 22,458 (LF) of curb removal and replacement on various streets within the City of Findlay in Hancock County. Incidental items include necessary sidewalk or curb ramp replacement (approximately 19,861 SF), concrete drive replacement (approximately 1,489 SY), adjustment of manholes and catch basins, grading and seeding. Other minor work is described in the details for each segment of roadway. The 2023 Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Construction and Materials Specifications shall be followed. Required modifications to the ODOT specifications are noted herein. City of Findlay Specifications and Standard Drawings shall also be adhered to where applicable and are available at the City of Findlay Engineering Department, 318 Dorney Plaza, Findlay, OH 45840. The project is funded through the City of Findlay’s Capital Improvements Fund. State prevailing wages and the City of Findlay income taxes shall apply. The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid and any accepted Alternates as selected by the City of Findlay. City of Findlay HAN-Findlay Bigelow Avenue, PID117611 This project consists of nearly 7,100 linear feet of curb removal and replacement and/or pavement planning (approximately 28,300 SY) and resurfacing (approximately 1,571 CY) on Bigelow Avenue within the City of Findlay and Hancock County. Incidental items include necessary sidewalk or curb ramp replacement (approximately 2,405 SF), treatment of shoulders, adjustment catch basins, and grading and seeding. Other minor work is described in the details for each segment of pavement. The 2023 Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Construction and Materials Specifications shall be followed. Required modifications to the ODOT specifications are noted herein. City of Findlay Specifications and Standard Drawings shall also be adhered to where applicable and are available at the City of Findlay Engineering Department, 318 Dorney Plaza, Findlay, OH 45840. Federal prevailing wages shall apply. The DBE goal for this project is 7%. All Bidders shall submit a DBE Utilization Plan at the time of bid setting forth specific information demonstrating how the Bidder will achieve the DBE goal. By submitting a DBE Utilization Plan, the Bidder is affirming that they will be using the DBE firms identified in the Utilization Plan to meet the DBE contract goal. City of Findlay 2023 Sewer and Manhole Lining Program The project consists of no-dig rehabilitation of several deteriorating sanitary sewer lines and Manholes in the City of Findlay (hereinafter referred to as “City”). Incidental to the lining shall be the reinstatement of sewer service laterals without excavation. The Base Bid includes several sewer and manhole locations in different areas of the City. Some sewer lines and manholes to be lined are in close proximity of each other while others are somewhat isolated. The sizes to be lined include 8-inch, 10-inch, 12-inch, 15-inch sewers. Bidders are requested to provide a unit price per foot based on the size of host pipe and a unit price per vertical liner foot for manholes. If sizes, lengths, depths or any other changes significantly differ from the provided information, the City will work with the Contractor to make accurate price adjustments. Completion Date: April 26, 2024 Engineering Estimate (Base Bid Only): $704,974.05

PARKER TRAINING/AIRPORT TERMINAL RESTROOM REMODEL The City of Findlay has recently completed renovation projects at the Parker Training Facility located at 315 South West Street (entrance off West Crawford Street) and the Airport Terminal located at 1205 Lima Avenue. These projects will complete the renovation projects by adding restrooms and removing the existing at the Parker Center and by renovating the restrooms at the Airport Terminal. Work will include all necessary ADA provisions. Engineering Estimate: $ 430,000
