This project includes the repair or replacement of existing expansion joints, concrete column repairs, beam repairs, concrete crack repair, post tensioned concrete repair work, concrete membrane/sealer placement, post tensioned anchorage waterproofing repair/inspection/sealing at the MKE Airport Parking Structure. WA0295 Expansion Joint Replacement includes one Base Bid and Two Alternates. WA0411 Traffic Bearing Membrane includes a Base Bid and Three Alternates. WA0432 Post Tensioned Anchorages includes one Base Bid and One Alternate. Project Completion: If the Base Bids and any of the six (6) alternatives are awarded, the contractor shall have a total of 194 consecutive calendar days to substantially complete the project, excluding punch list. If any or all additive alternatives are not awarded, the total contract time shall be as follows: Base Bids Only = 140 Calendar Days.
