Project No. 2016-662 Capital Project No. 2944 New Water Well G-14 at George West Water Plant To Replace Water Well G-12 City of Lake Charles, LA ~ The general scope of work consists of the drilling, sampling, constructing, development, and testing of one (1) municipal deep water well, identified as Water Well G-14, including a permanent vertical turbine pump with concrete pedestal, discharge piping, and electrical power, all as shown on the plans, complete and ready to use.

Project No. 2016-654 Capital Project No. 3254 Division Street Storm Drain Pipe Bursting Bilbo Street to Lakeshore Drive City of Lake Charles, LA ~ The general scope of work includes rehabilitation of approximately 900 feet of 24 inch vitrified clay drainage pipe on Division Street from Lakeshore Drive, East to Bilbo Street by pipe bursting. Existing taps shall be re-routed to gutter line or sewer main (as required). Scope also includes all incidental excavation, backfill, catch basin tie-ins, and pavement work as required.

Project No. 2017-663 Capital Project No. 2894 24" CIPP Lining Madeline Street between Common Street and Swanee Street City of Lake Charles, LA ~ The general scope of work for Project No. 2017-663, Capital Project No. 2894, includes the rehabilitation of approximately 1780 feet of 24 inch sewer main by cured-in-place (CIPP) lining on Madeline Street from Common Street East to Swanee Street. A system for bypass pumping to manage sewage flow must be furnished and maintained. Brick and concrete manholes shall also receive interior liners.

WWTP B/C New Admin & Lab Project No. CP3211 City of Lake Charles, LA ~ The Work includes construction of a new administration facility, lab and control room. Construction will consist of load-bearing wood studs and pre-fabricated wood roof trusses with plywood sheathing and standing seam metal roof. Exterior walls of face brick veneer and fiber-cement board siding. Interior construction will be wood stud walls, gypsum board sheathing, insulation, hollow metal and aluminum storefront exterior doors and frames, laminate interior doors, hollow metal frames, LVT, porcelain tile, & carpet flooring, FRP wall panels, lighting, power, HVAC, plumbing and additional mechanical work. The site of the new building is to be stripped of debris & existing material to an elevation of 8.50+/- & filled with structural borrow fill compacted per technical specifications. Site work will consist of concrete parking areas, sidewalks and ADA parking as required.
