The interior renovation consists of floor plan changes to reconfigure office walls, break room, and increasing the size of the unisex restroom to meet current accessibility requirements. The renovation also includes an alternate to remove the existing moveable partition dividing two conference rooms outside the administrative suite. A new permanent metal stud partition will be built in its location as part of this alternate bid.

The planned scope of work includes rehabilitation of two bridges on The Ohio State University’s Main Campus: Woody Hayes over Olentangy River Road, Woody Hayes over Olentangy River. Maintenance level repairs generally include concrete patching/repairs, concrete walk repairs/replacement, joint and crack sealing, and deck sealing and repairs.

OSU-230499 Tunnel Rehabilitation Phase I BP 2
The project consists of the removal and replacement of the North McCracken tunnel roof, the complete removal of the North McCracken tunnel bypass, and the inspection and patching of tunnels located underneath building footprints. The Project will also construct a new steam line within the North McCracken Tunnel. Under the Alternate 1 scope of work, a new water main will be constructed from the east end of the Oval to the west end and then up to the Cockins/Dulles loading dock area. The Alternate 2 scope of work provides alternate restoration methods to the North Oval Mall.
