The Project consists of providing a new addressable, manual fire alarm system in Math Building and Cockins Hall, abatement of asbestos containing material and the replacement of those materials in the project buildings, and associated architectural patching and finish work, and the demolition of the existing fire alarm systems in
the buildings. The project also includes a complete renovation of the 4th floor of Cockins Hall, including a new HVAC system, electrical upgrades, floor plan changes, and structural steel reinforcement for
support of a new fire-rated ceiling.

OSU-160980 Plumbing System Replacement BP1 - Postle Hall REBID
REBID - The project consists of the investigation of approximately 88 existing sanitary stacks to determine condition of existing piping. The project includes recording the pipe interiors via video camera, with removal of existing blockages where found. At some locations containing multiple stacks, the stacks will be combined into a single branch to the main in the tunnel. Project includes hazardous materials abatement.
