This project will update various operating rooms and adjacent scrub rooms with new scrub sinks, medical booms, HVAC duct sealing, and the addition of integrated AV equipment to a select group of ORs.

Orton Hall: Project consists of replacing the existing service entrance switchboard with a new service entrance panelboard, replacing existing distribution panelboards and their feeders, and providing exterior egress lighting. Meiling Hall: Project consists of replacing the existing MCC with a new MCC of the same size, providing emergency egress lighting throughout the building via a new central battery inverter, and replacing existing exit signs and adding new exit signs.

This project will renovate rooms S247 and S251 into bronchoscopy procedure rooms.

The Project consists of the replacement of 2 domestic water converters with gas-fired water heaters and replacement of 2 heating water boilers on the 13th and 14th Floors of Drackett Tower. The work also includes replacement of 2 domestic water storage tanks, 2 existing cooling towers, and 6 heating water expansion tanks. A new domestic hot water thermostatic mixing valve will be installed for scald protection. The work will be done in phases for minimum impact to building operation.

This project will repair the exterior brick and steel lintels.
