The Kenai Peninsula Borough's Purchasing and Contracting Department provides support and service to the various entities of the Borough. RFP22-002 REVISE THE BOROUGH CONTINUITY OF OPERATIONS PLAN (COOP)
The Kenai Peninsula Borough (KPB) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to review and update the existing departmental level Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) documents and the existing Borough level COOP plan. The project will provide baseline templated resources that can be used to support future exercise opportunities to test departmental and Borough-level COOP plans. This process will follow advice and best practices as offered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency’ National Continuity Programs Office, the Continuity Guidance Circular (February 2018 or any available updated version), and current Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program resources. The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for ITB22-006 North Road Surfacing. The project consists of the following: Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to upgrade Kenai Peninsula North Road, 35,300 linear feet. Work includes but is not limited to roadbed reconditioning and surfacing. A pre-bid conference will be held via Zoom Conference Call on August 10, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
