The project consists of the following: Providing all labor, equipment and material to grind or chip all slash and land clearing debris delivered to the Central Peninsula Landfill (CPL) at the close of business June 15, 2020. In lieu of a pre-bid conference, a site visit will be held at CPL, 46915 Sterling Highway, Soldotna, Alaska on April 28, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.

The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough for Professional Consulting Services in an effort to complete a feasibility study for the development of an Educational Specification. The successful consultant will coordinate a study that will identify the feasibility of the relocation and reconfiguration of the Soldotna Elementary instructional program. Upon verification of the feasibility of this project it will be the intent to use the study to guide the development of a complete Education Specification and design project following the Alaska Department of Education and early development guidelines. The project consists of the following: Provide all labor, materials and equipment to completely machine sand wood flooring of existing floor finish and painted game lines to bare wood, completely remove all sanding dust from entire surface, the application of finish, sealer coats, associated paint for game lines and logo, new cove base (where required), and any other necessary associated materials and accessories as specified in the bid documents.
