The project consists of the following: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to construct the northern extension of the Kenai Spur Highway to gravel standards, up to 8.1 miles beyond the existing pavement. Estimated total project quantities include 237,960 Tons KPB Type I, and 25,486 CY Unclassified Excavation. Work includes 18’ wide gravel embankment construction of the Kenai Spur Highway, with multiple pull-outs, clearing, construction surveying, drainage and SWPPP preparation and implementation and embankment construction of 1,270' Jacobs Ladder Drive to a 10' width. The contractor shall comply with all permit conditions.
